What is it?

This is a South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) program that seeks to improve COVID, flu and childhood vaccination rates in our vulnerable communities.

Eligible costs and activities for this Grant include Improving health literacy in COVID-19, flu and childhood vaccine hesitant populations (e.g., having conversations with patients identified as vaccine hesitant about the benefits of vaccination and where possible assist them to access the vaccine).

Grant details

  1. Practices will receive three $5000 payments (exc. GST) across the April – June 2023 period contingent of meeting reporting requirements.
  2. Only Vaccinating General practices in the LGA’s of Bankstown, Fairfield and Liverpool can apply.
